Project Description:
The Andover Public Works Department is located at 12 Long Hill Road in Andover.
Currently, the proposed project includes, but is not limited to, tearing off the old 13,100 square foot asphalt roof, repair of any damaged sheathing, and re-roofing. Two cost estimates should be submitted: one to replace the roof with a heavy asphalt shingle and one to replace the roof with a standing seam metal roof. The estimates should include a breakout of cost of materials and labor.
Qualifications should include the following information: Name, address and description of firm, description of similar projects completed by the firm in the last five years including client contact name and phone number, fee structure, additional information not included above which you feel may be useful and applicable to this project.
Firms or individuals must be able to provide evidence of insurance.
Three (3) copies of the Qualifications are due no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, December 10, 2018.
