Project: Independent Commissioning Provider Services
Henry James Memorial School Project
Proposals, endorsed “Commissioning Provider Services” will be received at the office of the
School Business Manager, Town Hall, 933 Hopmeadow Street, (Route 10/202), Simsbury, CT
06070, until Friday, November 30, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
An individual or firm is sought to serve as the Commissioning Provider (CP) for the Henry James
Memorial School Project, working in conjunction with the selected architect and Construction
Manager At-Risk firms.
A mandatory pre-submission meeting for interested independent Commissioning Provider services
firms is scheduled for Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 2:30 PM at Henry James Memorial School,
155 Firetown Road, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070.

The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, or to waive defects in same, if it be deemed in the
best interest of the Town of Simsbury.
Request for Qualification packages may be obtained from the Business Manager’s office by
emailing: blaclair@simsbury.k12.ct.us
Please submit one (1) original and eleven (11) copies of completed Qualifications Statements
and Proposal Response attachments along with (1) electronic copy in PDF format.
