| Instructions |
A mandatory site visit and inspection shall be held on November 21, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Welte Auditorium lobby. Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) will not be given credit for attendance nor allowed to participate in the bid process. All bidders are required to attend the pre-bid meeting, to have satisfied themselves as to work conditions, RFP specifications and the requirements of the Agency |
