• Section III. Proposed Requirements.
1. The requirement is one (1) original with a sealed cost proposal. Ten
(10) copies and one electronic copy. The electronic copy and the
paper copies do not include the cost proposal.
• Section IV. Selection Process.
2. The public opening is to document the firms that have submitted
proposals and to document that they have complied with the core
requirements of the RFP
• Section V. Submissions
3. It is expected that the cost proposals will be publically opened at
the next scheduled meeting of the building committee. This meeting
is scheduled for December 3, 2018 at 7pm in the central office
conference room #G128 355 High Street Unit B Willimantic, CT 06226.
• T2 Survey
4. The RFP calls for a T2 survey this is what is required please price
accordingly.
• Access to Court yard
5. Access to the interior courtyard will need to be after school hours
this would be after 2:45 daily or on a Saturday.
• Access to site
6. We can grant access to the site at most times of the day. There may
be limited access to the sports fields depending on gym or athletic
game and practice schedules.
• Completion
7. Should be within 30 days of signing the contract.
• Insurance
8. The building committee will make the final determination on the
insurance requirements. At this point please base your bod offer on
the following insurance limits.
i. General Liability $1,000,000 each occurrence
ii. Auto Liability $1,000,000 combined single limit
iii. Workers Comp As prescribed by law
iv. Professional Liability $5,000,000 OCC/AGG

GENERAL INFORMATION – PROJECT
The Owner hereby solicits bids and qualification statements from responsible, qualified Land Surveying firms for the project listed above. All work performed under this contract shall be under the direction of a Licensed Land Surveyor licensed by the State of Connecticut.
Windham High School is located on two parcels at 355 High Street, Willimantic, CT. It has a total building area of 222,518 square feet. The parcels are located on the Windham Assessor’s Tax Map IDs: 13/1 39/ 79 and 13/1 39/ 95 containing approximately +42 acres.
