| Additional Description |
The City of Norwalk (the “City”) via its Office of Building Management invites the submittal of proposals from organized and qualified entities seeking to lease and manage the City of Norwalk’s property located at 98 South Main Street consisting of a two (2) story building of approximately 21,876 sq. ft., of interior space on 0.46 acres of land (the “Subject Property”) for the purpose of providing community services and programs targeted to the needs of the South Norwalk neighborhood, and the City community at large. The successful applicant will enter into a lease agreement with the City for the use and management of the Subject Property |

Proposers are encouraged to attend a pre-proposal conference at 98 South Main Street, Norwalk, CT 06854. The meeting will be held on October 24, 2018 at 10:00am. Proposers must confirm attendance by emailing Sharon Conners at sconners@norwalkct.org no later than October 22, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. Please include the Project Number and Project Title in the subject line. A one-hour open house will immediately follow the meeting. |
