- ADDENDUM #1 for
“New Fairfield Board of Education invites all interested firms to submit qualifications for a Feasibility Study of the High School and Consolidated School facilities.
Qualification will be opened on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Mandatory Site visit on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at New Fairfield, High School, 56 Gillotti Road at 10:00 a.m.
The New Fairfield Board of Education is issuing an addendum:
1.) We would like to invite Architectural or Engineering Firms to submit qualifications.
2.) The Scope of Services should include an electrical review also.
3.) The Project Schedule section, the last sentence shall read: Second, develop recommendations and the anticipated duration and cost of remediation/renovation phases to address identified concerns.
4.) The Project Team section, the last sentence shall read: Please note that at least one of the project team members must be a LEED Accredited Professional. At least one member must have an architect license and one member must have a professional engineering license.
5.) Subcontracting Section: the second paragraph, first sentence shall read: All Subcontractors shall be required to carry the same insurance and professional license and under the same conditions, as specified for the Engineer and/or Firm.
