REQUEST F O R PROPOSALS – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
SCHOOL FACILITIES MASTER PLAN & RECONFIGURATION STUDY
SIMSBURY PUBLIC SCHOOLS
Simsbury Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified firms for development of a comprehensive facilities master plan for its 7 school buildings along with a reconfiguration study considering future needs.
Sealed proposal packages for the referenced project will be received at the office of the Simsbury Public Schools, Business Manager, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070 until September 28, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Proposals received after 11:00 AM on September 28, 2018 will not be accepted.
The right is reserved to reject or accept any or all proposal packages in whole or in part or to waive any informality in the proposals received if it is in the best interests of the Town to do so.
Request for Proposal packages may be obtained from the Business Manager’s office by emailing: blaclair@simsbury.k12.ct.us
Please submit one (1) original and ten (10) copies of the Proposal Responses including attachments along with (1) electronic copy in PDF format.
