  • Project Name: Girls Softball Field Renovation Date: 9.24.18 Addendum #: 2 1. Prebid meeting was mandatory 2. Sign in sheet is attached 3. The town will accept pulverized sod if contractor delivers to town facility 4. Warning track material is specified in section 321500 5. Contractor is responsible for picking up gravel at the town facility. Town personnel will load it 6. The water line can be 18” deep, not 5’ as detailed 7. Dugouts are on a 5” thick concrete pad. Pad to be flush with adjacent surface 8. All additional questions should go to To Design 9. Infield clays to be purchased from DeSiato Sand and Gravel Prospective bidders and all others concerned are hereby notified of the following additions to the referenced bid. All changes will become part of the final contract documents. All other terms and conditions remain the same

  • TOWN OF COLUMBIA BID # 2018-04 - TOWN OF COLUMBIA GIRLS SOFTBALL FIELD TO ALL BIDDERS: All instructions contained in this Addendum #1 shall be reflected in the Bid and will be made part of the Contract Documents when the Contract is awarded. Sealed bids are still due to be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Town of Columbia, 323 Route 87, Columbia, CT 06237 until 4:00 p.m. prevailing time on October 11, 2018. Addenda will be issued only to those contractors who have obtained the Contract Documents AND attended the pre-bid meeting, held at the project site at 1:00 pm on September 24, 2018. It is the responsibility of contractors bidding the project to distribute copies of this addendum to all subcontractors, suppliers and other entities providing quotations. The following items form this addendum: 1. Clarification on the RFP due date: The posted RFP due date on the CTDAS website had the incorrect due date and time. The correct due date and time is October 11, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. CLARIFICATIONS: 1. In Addendum 1 the correct due date and time is October 11, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.

Additional Description Bids will be received at the Town of Columbia, Town Administration Office at the Town Hall, 323 Route 87, Columbia, Connecticut until 4:00 p.m., October 11, 2018. Thereafter, the names of those submitting qualifications and proposals will be read aloud. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
