Pursuant to Section 57 of Public Act 18-81, the State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management (hereinafter State) is seeking a national consultant to submit a proposal to study and make recommendations regarding efficiency improvements in revenue collection and agency expense management. In accordance with Sec. 57 of Public Act 18-81, the State has consulted with former members of the Commission on Fiscal Stability and Economic Growth (established pursuant to Section 250 of Public Act 17-2 of the June Special Session). |
