| Additional Description |
The CMR is seeking bids for trade contractor package #3.1 Concrete for the WCSU Higgins Hall and Higgins Annex project. The project consists of a comprehensive interior/exterior renovations and vestibule/entrance canopy addition to the Western Connecticut State University Higgins Hall & Higgins Annex as shown and described on Contract Documents prepared by TSKP Studio and other consultants. Work includes temporary light and power, construction fencing, abatement and demolition, concrete, masonry and stone, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, architectural woodwork, meta panel system, roofing, firestopping, aluminum windows, drywall, carpentry, general trades, tile, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, fire protection, telecommunications systems, security systems, fire alarm, site work and landscaping. |
