The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management, is seeking proposals to provide certain services related to fraud detection and prevention efforts that will focus on four primary areas: (a) preventing overpayments from various state funded programs, (b) cost avoidance, (c) recoveries of overpayments, and (d) identification of fraud networks and schemes.
The intent of the request is to identify individuals or firms with the necessary expertise to implement a new centralized fraud detection and prevention enterprise data warehouse that integrates data and information from a myriad of state databases within a stated timeframe.
