The Joint Committee on Legislative Management on behalf of the Connecticut General Assembly (CGA) is seeking to
contract for services for architectural consultant(s) to provide design studies, cost estimation, design services, preparation of
bid documents and construction administration services for the State Capitol campus for a five year period. The State
Capitol campus includes the State Capitol Building, Legislative Office Building, Legislative Office Garage, their surrounding
grounds, Minuteman Park and The Old State House. |
